Reflecting on the Endeavor’s 96th International Selection Panel feels like revisiting a treasured memory. Though it happened less than a year ago, it marked a significant milestone for me—it was my final ‘mission’ at Endeavor Indonesia. My journey with Endeavor began in 2013, and this last event was particularly special. For this International Selection Panel, I had the privilege of overseeing event management, communication, and art direction. It was a culmination of years of dedication and passion 🥹. I hope you enjoy the fruits of our labor as much as I enjoyed bringing it to life!
Welcoming & Orientation Day
The first day of our 96th International Selection Panel was a complete blast! On Monday, July 17, 2023 we gathered over 120 Endeavor network from around the world for Welcoming and Orientation Day as our day 1 main activity. We started the day by sharing what to expect and all necessary information during the #EndeavorISP to all participants, followed by a warm Welcoming Dinner by the beach hosted by one of Endeavor Indonesia board, Svida Alisjahbana, accompanied with the majestic sunset 🌅!
Interview Day
What happened on July 18, 2023 at #EndeavorISP? The Interview Day! From 9 am to the evening, the panellists met with entrepreneurs for multiple interview sessions to understand more about the business in a hotel-room-turned-into-a-meeting-room facing the beach at W Hotel Seminyak Bali.
We had a fantastic lunch at Tanaman Restaurant, Desa Potato Head with all the unique room ambience and a great networking dinner at Starfish Bloo.
Deliberation Day
The last day of #EndeavorISP! Wednesday, July 19, 2023 was the day where the Deliberation Day took place. All panelists discussed the outcomes of the interview days before and deliberated whether the entrepreneurs were at the right stage to become #EndeavorEntrepreneurs.
In parallel, entrepreneurs gathered together to enjoy a Balinese experience, including a cooking class and making canang and gebogan. But first, they had a guest speaker, the Former SVP of Amazon, Diego Piacentini.
After the results were delivered by each of the entrepreneurs’ account managers, we continued with a Feedback Dinner at Sunset Park, accompanied by music from 🇮🇩 Endeavor Entrepreneur, Anton Wirjono. 🎉
The #EndeavorISP is now finished, and we can’t wait for the next destination: Rome, Italy!
After Event Recap

It’s a 3-day event where we meet, interview, and select new Endeavor Entrepreneurs from all over the world.(Ask @vincent.tjendra of @astronauts.id represented the Endeavor Indonesia office who got selected back then!) 👨🚀🚀
It’s also an impactful moment where so many amazing connections happen like a founder from Vietnam meeting a panellist from Miami while a Mexican mentor talks to Nigerian candidates just a few feet away.
The curated serendipity of Endeavor is everywhere at an ISP. Our community is of, by, and for entrepreneurs, and magic happens whenever they meet.
